[예매일정]

* 본 공연은 대관 규정에 따라YES24에서 티켓 예매가 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 인증기간 : 2020년 2월 24일 (월) 14:00 ~ 2월 26일 (수) 23:59

- 팬클럽 예매 : 2020년 2월 26일 (수) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (1회당 1인 1매 구매가능)

- 일반 티켓 예매 : 2020년 2월 28일 (금) 20:00 ~ (1회당 1인 2매 구매가능 / 선예매 포함)

[팬클럽 인증 방법]

- 팬클럽 인증기간: 2020년 2월 24일 (월) 14:00 부터 2월 26일 (수) 23:59 까지 입니다.

- 팬클럽 인증은 YES24 티켓 홈페이지 내 ‘2020 B1A4 ♥ BANA [길]’ 예매페이지에서 가능합니다.

- YES24 ID 한 개당, 팬클럽 회원 인증 한번만 가능하며, BANA 5기 가입 시 기재한 본인의 이름/핸드폰번호로 인증이 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 예매를 원하시는 분들은 지난 팬미팅 인증과 별개로 팬클럽 회원 인증 진행을 꼭 하셔야 티켓 예매를 할 수 있습니다.

- 한 번 팬클럽 회원 인증을 완료한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 재 인증을 하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 인증 전 YES24에 등록되어 있는 개인 정보(배송 주소 등)를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 시 오류사항, 질문사항은 공식 팬카페 내 ‘[B1A4 팬미팅 인증오류]’ 게시판을 통해 문의하시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 예매 인증 오류 관련 문의는 2월 26일 (수) 오후 2시까지 신청 받습니다. 이 점 착오없으시길 바랍니다.

[팬클럽 예매 방법]

- 팬클럽 티켓 예매 일정 : 2020년 2월 26일 (수) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (1회당 1인 1매 구매가능)

- 팬클럽 티켓 예매는 B1A4 공식 팬클럽 BANA 5기 회원분들에 한해 예매가 가능합니다.

- 예매를 위해 예스24(http://ticket.yes24.com)에 가입하여야 하며, 팬클럽 예매 전 반드시 팬클럽 인증을 진행해야 합니다.

- 인증 완료된 아이디로 로그인을 하면 자동으로 예매 진행이 가능하며, 인증을 하지 않은 경우 팬클럽 예매가 불가능합니다.

- 예매 시작 전에 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

- 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.

* 인증기간 내에 확인을 하지 않아 발생되는 문제에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

[예매 유의 사항]

- 예매 시 불이익을 방지하기 위해 사전에 예스24 회원가입 및 본인인증(휴대폰, I-PIN 인증)을 하시기를 권장합니다. 본인인증 후 로그아웃 → 재 로그인을 하지 않으면 반영되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 본 공연은 예스24 티켓에서 단독 판매로 진행되며, 그 외에 경로로는 티켓을 판매하지 않습니다.

지정 예매처(예스24)를 통하지 않고, 불법적인 경로로 타인으로부터 양도받거나 추가 비용을 지불하여 구매한 티켓은 공식적인 취소 및 환불이 불가능하며, 사전 통보 없이 무효 처리되거나 법적인 조치가 있을 수 있습니다. 또한, 개인 간의 직거래나 불법 사이트의 예매대행 서비스 등으로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있고, 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임이 없으며 이로 인하여 발생한 문제를 해결해 드릴 수 없음을 알려 드리오니 이와 관련된 피해를 당하시는 일이 없도록 각별히 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

- 예매 완료 후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동 취소됩니다.

- 예매처를 통한 정식 구매 절차를 거치지 않은 티켓은 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.

- 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 예매하신 해당 예매처(YES24)에서만 가능하며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- 티켓은 분실, 파손 등 어떠한 경우에도 재발권 및 입장, 취소/환불이 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

[신종 코로나바이러스감염증-19(COVID-19) 관련 대비 안내]

신종 코로나바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19)과 관련하여 관객 여러분의 보다 안전한 관람을 위해 최선을 다해 준비하고 있습니다.

1. 위생 관리

- 방역 실시 : 공연 당일, 관객 입장 전 전문 방역 업체를 통해 공연장 전체를 사전 살균 소독합니다.

- 손 소독기 비치 : 관객 여러분이 상시 사용하실 수 있는 손 소독제가 공연장 내 비치됩니다.

- 관계자 위생 관리 : 관객분들과 신체적 접촉 가능성이 있는 현장 스탭은 마스크와 장갑을 착용하며

                              공연장 내/외부의 모든 스탭들은 마스크를 착용합니다.

- 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증 확진 및 의심환자, 노약자, 임산부는 공연 관람을 자제하여 주시기를 부탁드립니다.

- 공연 당일 공연장에 비치된 손 소독제를 이용하여 개인 위생관리를 당부 드리며, 마스크를 반드시 착용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 공연장 출입구 열화상 카메라 설치

- 출입구에 열화상 카메라 및 비접촉 체온계를 준비하여, 전 관객 및 스탭을 대상으로 체온측정을 진행합니다.

- 측정 체온이 37.5℃ 이상(발열기준 온도)일 경우 즉시 의료진을 통한 진단이 이루어지며, 의료진 판단에 따라 공연 관람이 불가할 수 있습니다. (이러한 경우, 수수료 없이 전액 티켓 환불이 가능하니 안전한 공연 관람을 위한 관객 여러분의 양해 부탁드립니다.)

* 발열 및 기침 등 해당 바이러스 관련 증상이 있거나, 건강 염려로 인한 관람 취소를 원하실 경우 취소마감기한(공연 관람 1일 전까지) 이전까지 예매처 예스24 고객센터(전화 1544-6399)로 문의주시기 바랍니다.

* 감염 예방을 위한 예방 수칙 준수를 통한 관객 여러분들의 자발적인 협조 부탁드립니다. 

* 공연장 외부에서 모임 진행을 지양하여 주시기 바라며 안전요원의 제재가 있을 수 있습니다.

- FanClub Pre-Sales Ticket Open> Feb. 26 (Wed) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (1 ticket per person per show)

- General Ticket Open> Feb. 28 (Fri) 20:00 ~ (1 tickets per 2 person per show / including pre-tickets)

* This Fanmeeting provides pre-ticket open date for Fan Club members.

All seats will be opened for FanClub pre-ticket reservation.

Remaining seats after Fan Club pre-ticket open date will be available for the Generals.

［FanClub Certification Information］

- Fan Club Certificating Date : Feb. 24 (Mon) 14:00 ~ Feb. 26 (Wed) 23:59

- You can certify on the ‘2020 B1A4 ♥ BANA [길]’ Booking page of YES24 Ticket

- Each ID can be certificated only one time, and certify Name and Contact Number that was used when registering Fan Club(5th BANA)

- For those who have certificated through English Booking page must also purchase tickets through English Booking page.

- If you are using the English Booking page for ticketing, please make sure your name matches the name on your passport exactly.

You will be able to receive your ticket after we check your ID at the concert location.

- Once authorized, you do not need to make another certification when logging in again.

- Please check your personal information(address, etc.) on YES24 in advance.

- In case of any error occurred during Fan Club Certification, Q＆A board ‘[B1A4 팬미팅 인증오류]’ on the official fan site(http://cafe.daum.net/-b1a4) will be available for inquires.

［FanClub Pre-sale Information］

- FanClub Pre-Sale Ticket Open : Feb. 24 (Mon) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (Only 1 ticket per each person per show)

- Only for the members of 5th BANA (B1A4 Official FanClub) are allowed to reserve tickets in advance.

- To purchase the ticket, you must sign-in to YES24 and make sure to make certification in advance before booking tickets.

Once you login with the certificated ID, you can automatically move to next step.

- Please check your Certification status on the Booking page before the ticket-open starts.

If your ID has not been certificated before the Ticket Open, you will not be able to purchase tickets

- The ticket purchase will be cancelled automatically unless the payment is not finished within the due date.

* Purchasers will solely be responsible for any trouble caused by missing the certification date.

［Notice on purchasing Tickets］

- Tickets for this Fanmeeting will only be available through YES24.

Tickets purchased from an individual, or from any other ways CANNOT be refunded and will be considered invalid or taken into legal actions if needed.

In case of the above, purchaser will solely be responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused by unofficial ticket purchase.

We hereby inform you that our promoters, organizers, and official ticket agency are NOT responsible for any tickets that are purchased through other routes besides YES24.

- All tickets in English booking page should be picked up at ticket booth on the show day.

- The ticket purchase will be cancelled automatically unless the payment is not finished within the due date.

- Purchased ticket can only be change/cancel/refund through YES24 on certain period and CANNOT be change and refund on the day of the concert.

- Tickets that are shipped will not be reprinted. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed,

you will not be able to enter or re-enter the concert. Tickets will not be re-printed.

- All the other general rules will be applied by the official ticketing site ‘YES24’ unless it is separately announced by organizers.

[Notice of a plan to deal with novel coronavirus (COVID-19)]

‘2020 B1A4 ♥ BANA [길]’ is doing its best to make you watch the show more safely and sanitarily regarding novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

* For novel coronavirus patients and suspected patents, please avoid watching the show.

If you want to cancel watching the show due to symptoms related to the applicable virus including fever, coughing, etc. or health anxiety, please contact the YES24 Customer Center (global_yesticket@yes24.com) before the deadline for the cancellation (one day before the day of the show).

1. Sanitary control

- Execution of disinfection : Sterilization and disinfection of the entire concert hall will be done before the visitors enter it on the day of the show.

- Hand sanitizers will be installed inside/outside the venue for the audience to use.

- All staff inside/outside the venue will wear masks.

- The persons concerned wear masks.: All the persons concerned in the show mandatorily sterilize their hands and wear masks.

2. Body temperature measurement

- A thermo-graphic camera and a non-contact thermometer are prepared at the entrance and body temperature measurement will be done targeting all the visitors.

- If the body temperature measured is more than 37.5℃ (the fever temperature standard), a diagnose by medical doctors will immediately will be done and you could not watch the show according to their judgement.

(In this case, tickets will be refunded without cancellation fees. We ask for your understanding for a safe concert environment.)

3. Notes to the audience

- Please maintain personal hygiene by wearing a mask and use the hand sterilizer and sanitizers in the venue.

- Please visit the medical areas prepared in the venue if you have any abnormal symptoms.

- Please refrain from attending the concert if you have visited China within the past 14 days or have symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat or respiratory symptoms.

- Please do not arrange meetings outside the concert hall.

For your safety and enjoyable concert experience, we will continue to provide relevant management until the end of the concert.
